The members in the Mother Chapter of Sisters With A Throttle (SWAT) Motorcycle Club, is located in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC. Our organization is geared towards raising money to benefit children in our B*Gyrlz™ program, our Lust4Life Scholarship fund, and our continuous grass root effort, in educating female motorcyclists through our Stop B.S.’ing (Back Seating) program and Keep’in Check Female Safety Seminar.

On Saturday, August 22, 2009, Sisters With A Throttle Motorcycle Club hosted a Lust4Life Softball Tournament that raised money and donated $500 to the winner's charity organization of their choice. At this time, we would like to thank the following participants and tournament winners for making our 1st charity tournament a success:

2. Hard On The Throttle (HOTT) Motorcycle Club (Richmond, VA)-2nd Place
3. Clutch-N-Burn Motorcycle Club & Auto (Hamptom, VA)-3rd Place
4. Hard Knock Ryders (DC-MD-VA)- 4th Place
5. Soul Survivaz (Newark, NJ)-5th Place

Due to your candid participation, you not only made our first event successful, but you also showed everyone in the motorcycling community just how much fun a charity event can be; and that given back to the community is a #1 priority to bikers from all around. We are definitely looking forward to future years to come, in continuously playing a significant and key role in our community!
